Old Montreal Personal Training Studio

Our studio comprises a network of qualified trainers and health professionals who can help professionals, managers and entrepreneurs improve their physical, mental and emotional health. Their tools: a customized fitness program and the close supervision of a personal trainer.

Although our studio is equipped with a full spectrum of cardiovascular training and athletic conditioning equipment, we favour calistetics, free weights, pulley training systems, resistance bands and pulleys at the outset of most physical preparation programs. Our aim to provide you with the basics of physical fitness: strength and stability.

Our studio is open with a personal trainer on site from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. If you live, work or love to hang out in Old Montreal, you can easily stop by to see us. Your body will thank you!
